Default Helping Fitting Guages to S2

Hi ppl


Just got my guages throught the post from SCC

Can fit the boost no probs, the Oil pressure tho, does that connect onto the Oil low Sender unit? also the Water temp guage where does this connect to? do i need to chop my samco?

is it an electric one or capilary type. if its capilary then normally you use a T piece screwed into the oil pressure switch. then the switch and feed conncet to this. if its eleccy one then im not sure as ive never fitted one but i guest it would be V similiar. the water on you can normally buy a adapter from burton that goes between ur samcos. ive seen people drill and tap holes in the the thermosat housing though so whatevers easiest for you i guess

hmm got a sorta T-Piece for the oil pressure,the oil pressure switch is at the back of the block right? just below the cold start valve sensor? oh so i can't just connect the water guage up? it just has the sensor on the end with a locking nut piece?

Quite confused over these damn guages...the boost one connect to the top of the inlet Plenium bit, but then I can't fit my ACT guage or run a vacumm pipe from it like it has atm? any ideas? Oil Pressure I think is sorted re above? water temp i'm stuck too

Might sound funny, but the most obvious thing to do is ring SCC, why didn't you do this in the first place I don't know
