fwd hydrolic clutch
i seen this on a series 1 in performance ford a couple of months ago & was just wondering what the advantages of having this on a fwd car are, & if i decide to take this conversion on were can i get this done or find info to do it myself?
There was a very comprehensive guide to fitting one in a recent magazine. Cant remember if it was PF or FF.
Its only really a benefit if you have a heavy paddle clutch. It will make the pedal lighter to press.
And I suppose you've got the added bonus of never having to replace the cable

This may of been the one on Cpt Scarletts car. One of the reasons he done this was because the car was running anti lag & when it's switched on the brakes don't work, so rather than cack his pants when having to brake with the ALS on he decided to have a bit of a change around, think it may have had something to do withthe pedal box he's got on there as well.
