MOT question

Will a car pass the MOT with a broken number plate, its broken down the middle and distorts one letter

If he cant, www.fancyplates.com can do next day, cut to the size you want, though if the tester will fail you for a crack chances are he will fail youu for illegally sized plate anyway also,,,..........
