Can anyone who has got a tattoo on there leg just above their akle tell me if it hurt when you had it done i am thinking of having 1 done but don't like needles.

it hurts a bit everywhere, just depends how you deal with pain.

 

mines on the outside of my left leg, but it stops about 10 cm above my ankle bone... the bottom of it hurt the most, but even then it was easily bearable...

i dont like needles either btw, so dont worry about it


and DONT rush into it, as like my girlfriend, youll get one and regret it soon after... i got mine done 4 years ago, and i dont regret it YET

As Davey said – HOLY SHIT it hurt! I’ll never get another one done so long as I live.

Wasn’t going to cry in front of Dave, two tattooists and a madman who was having his whole back done, so instead my body broke out into a sweat!

Seriously, I can take a wax on no problem, so not an official wimp but I’ve never known pain like it.

Maybe get pissed first as Dave doesn’t even remember feeling any pain?

Oh and be careful about where you get it done. I went for below ankle as I really wanted it (and still love it a year on Andre ) but I don’t want it to ruin any outfit I wear in future. Now it’s so low, should I ever feel I should hide it (which I haven’t yet) I can always whack some scar make up on it.

All tattoo's hurt. It's bearable at first and becomes more uncomfortable as time goes on. If you wanna know how much a tat will hurt on a certain area, nip the area in question. The more it hurts, the more the tat will hurt. The outside of the calves do hurt but not as much as behind the back of the arms (bingo wings). . . . they really FOOKIN hurt there

my ex had a little butterfly really low on her waist so only me an the milkman could see it , was pretty cute on here, an not everyone knows its there, which is also good is she wants to hide it,

but as for the pian imagin a rusty blade scraping scabs off ur eye balls an its not even close to that,

Ive heard a few peeps say it really hurts on the ankle or foot but depends what your paint threshold is like!!

 

I had one done there on Sat.. wasnt too bad at all

That's really nice but don't know about on ya ankle. Personally I think it looks tacky there.
