Sierra rear caliper repair procedure

How do I eject the piston, with pressurised air? How much pressure is needed?

dont they screw in/out??

They screw in when applying pressure, but it's difficult to screw and withdraw them. Maybe applying air pressure and screwing them will to the trick.
