hi all just put ma amal back on to see if it helps with my lag, how many turns down on the actuater do you think? i thought about 6.. its a -34 btw

That means absolutely nothing. Considering how many variables there are.

Size of jet in amal valve
boost you are running
spec of turbocharger
wear factor on the actuator spring/diaphram
engine type/displacement
exhaust and inlet manifolds etc etc etc

cus the amal works abit like a electronic bleed, the same as takin the amal off and putin a brass bleed in, you bleed abit of boost off to get a better power curve, or so i was told by some one on here
