Default Volvo 850R auto Estate fvsh ******SOLD*******

VOLVO 850R AUTO ESTATE 240BHP

DARK METALIC GREY

144,621 MILES WITH FULL VOLVO MAIN DEALER SERVICE HISTORY (last service Feb 06 @ 141,600)

MOT UNTIL 28TH JUNE 2007

TAX UNTIL 12/06

I AM THE 5TH OWNER

I have owned this for just over 2yrs & bought it from a Volvo specialst for £6950 with 122k on the clock, the last owner bought it from the local Volvo main dealer in 2002.

It has probably been the best car iv'e ever had as its so practical yet quite fast, yes thats right i prefer it to my old M3 & my Cossie ! The reason i'm selling it is its been such a good car that iv'e just bought a newer version V70R for £20k pick it up in about a week

The car has all the toys
Heated front seats with 3 position memory, very useful if the wife keeps moving the seat you can get your position back at a touch of a button.
Cruise control, elec windows x4, elec heated mirrors, 6 stack cd changer mounted in factory compartment in boot,8 speaker system, aircon, centre arm rest folds out into childs booster seat, trip compuer/info centre, elec sunroof, tracs, abs, f fogs, pas, roof rails, load cover, luggage net, interior is light tan half leather alcantara, volvo overmats, probably few more bits but can't think of them, basically this car had every factory option fitted.

Also got self leveling rear suspension. A towbar was fitted when i bought it but i removed part of it so it couldn't be seen, so you can have a towbar if needed.

For a 10 year old car i would say its in very good condition, from what i can tell i would say its never been painted or had any panels. It has a few minor scratches & a scuff on the corner of the grey plastic bit of the bumper but nothing that has worried me.

I need to get the aircon re gassed & one of the headlamp wiper motors doesn't always park properly but apart from that its spot on, anything that has needed done at service reports has been replaced there & then.

here's some pic's

£3250 ono

Hi Steve, £20k is for a 3 yr old one , their £38k new bought a 6 speed manual one 300 bhp 0-60 5.7 secs not bad for 1.8 tons, limited to 155 mph & its AWD & has comfort, sports & advanced suspension settings the misses is paying for it, its not mine I think the 3 door will be going in the next few months aswell to make way for a BMW.

Simon No! Bee Emz are sooooo common. I was tempted for an S60 r very briefly but i spent the same cash on another Cossy, the Volvos are steady but a bit character less.

Craig i have a 2 yr old & 6 yr old so a big Volvo estate is perfect transport for a family of 4 especially when going on holiday to France etc, if i was single i wouldn't have a Volvo estate unless i needed to lug stuff around. I will replace the 3dr with an early E39 M5 1999,2000 model nothing else will do, so if i can't afford to run or buy one then the 3dr will stay & i will buy a E36 328 sport as a second car to the V70R as the cossie is just no use to my wife, she won't drive it, when i go on long journeys i take the Volvo which leaves her with a cossie that she won't drive !

Craig what have you bought ? Any pics on another thread.
