Just looked at my tv and noticed that when it is off the red standby light is now flashing some sort of code out ?

Is it Aliens ?

Being serious though I have noticed it sometimes takes a while to switch on etc..

I did install tv's a few years back and I know that some teles do flash codes out for faults, anyone know if these models do that ? and if so what to do about it?

 

I actually think it is probably Aliens... stay away

 

Put some black tape over it and forget about it

 

Mine does the very same thing and thought the very same thing...
