This is going to be short picture story of last even I took part in with my co-driver Michal who is known here on forums under nick-name "Owsik".


Before the event some practice was needed. My weapon of choice for rallycross track was ....an estate




I must admit it wost worst handling Scoob I ever driven, but it was still great fun especially when we spun at high speed near concrete barrier


But then came time to do some proper competition so we hired a rally car. Grp.A Fiat Cinquecento....for Subaru Import Poland Rally

only thing that broke our celebration was that Michal felt bad after the rally....in two days he was in hospital diagnosed with leukemia :-(

It's been long time since I have been updating this thread for the last time, but there are some new pics I would like to share.

Michal couldn't go unfortunately because the doctors wouldn't let him go so far from home. But we'll find a rally nearer soon.

Not really. Power steering leak in SS9 and fire on SS finish, burned electrics and we had to retire :-(


While the car run yes, although the roads were so BAD I was really worried if suspetion can stand it. The shocks were overheating on everystage, and loosing damping action.

Oh yes in wet they are slippery. In dry after so many cars running over them they were really sticky with rubber left on them.


I have on board vid as well but I don't know how to post it over here.

 

Some more pics. Yet another event without Ford badge and without Owsik, but I hope this will change soon. Cossie engine is now near to assembly.
