Default My turbo - ford fair with a few mods

As it was a lovely day today i took it out of the garage for a dust down, its the first time i have had chance to take pics since its been back from the bodyshop.

Both sides of the car have been re-painted and a whole rear quarter both sides have been replaced and a delocked bootlid.

Front view

Check out the shine on a white car, its blinding

5mm mate as the ET is only 5mm difference, can't understand why you had to use more i am pleased with them as there's only mine, yours and rawli's diesel that's wearing them at the moment that i know of

Don't worry mate i parked the car at 8am and went back to it at 4pm so i didn't spend much time on the stand as i had family on the rsoc 4x4 stand so was on there quite alot.

Did you manage to get the cab done in time???

After driving 600mile to ford fair, i jumped in the car last week to drive 2 miles and this:

It seems that the 5mm gap between the rad and actuator wasn't enough after all

So the car was left like this

Went back to it today and fitted this:

A respectable gap now and the rad can still move forward a couple of inches, enough room for a T34

All back together and ready for its MOT in the morning, hence the big plates

How have you made the extra clearance then?

What are those water feed pipes off aswell? They look a lot better than the standard items?

Mine was present ay FF, looking a little worse for wear, she was on the Pf stand I hid her at the back

She went in to be repaired last week so should be all done by friday, and all going well we will be taking her to ND

Omex is on hold as I said to Matt he should spend some more time on his car, the omex can wait for now I'm thinking of selling my car soon as im looking for a newer car

I'd say...

Car went for its MOT before and passed only needed a strut top mount bush on the drivers side

Thats 3 years and all its needed is CV boot, Steering rack boot and now a strut bush.

Which pipes chavman?? the one's on the turbo have been removed and replaced with small spacer as i've done away with water, and the water hoses are standard.

NOTE, there is a massive difference in engine temperature.
