Default a big up post(car wise)

not my sort of thing ,but its got to be said
Niel and gary at Carwise do a wonderfull job at building engines
They even brought the car back up to me as i was finding it dificult to get down to pick it up, Looks sensational and sounds as quiet as a mouse

First time in 5 years of cossie ownership that the car feels realy good ,and i seem confident that nowt will go wrong

Cheers lads

Sorry to go off topic but,

I gave you the camping details at the begining of May, you chose not to do anything about this until last week

When you realised the campsite we had chosen wasn't suitable for whatever reason you got back in touch with us expecting us to sort you a 5 star accomodation within 4 days of the show well i'm sorry mate but Lancashire isn't renowed for its massive campsites and any decent campsite is always booked well in advance.

I personally spent all Tuesday morning ringing every campsite within distance of Towneley and there just wasn't the pitches you required.

So now we have managed to secure a site which is big enough and is only 5 mins from the show itself, The £15 wont even cover the cost of the portaloo's we've hired for you but we are willing to make up the short fall

I personally think that with the time scale given & the amount of pitches needed we have found a suitable site for you. So a little appreciation would be nice, rather than moaning about the price

Couldn't have said it better Dave.

Dave spent ages sorting camp sites out and posting their details ages in advance but no-one chose to book.

So come a week from the actual show people moaned at us (why as we're organising a show and not a camping festival?) because they couldn't book any of the sites so we went out of our way to find a camp sites that will fit everyone in.

We found one but with limited facilities so we arranged to put in toilets which aren't cheap - look up the prices for yourself. It already has running water onsite and electrical hook up but now even that doesn't appear to be good enough, you want hot showers, a pub at the edge of the field and all within walking distance of the show?

not havin a go mate but i never got back in touch with you all,and i didnt expect you to find us a campsite, i just kept lookin out on the site,i was foneing the one you had advised for 2 weeks mate,n when they never got back to me after 5 messages thats when i looked back on site for other names of sites and my partner and myself have spent time ringing round n sat on computer looking..

we had actually found one but then since you have been looking and found one we have since cancelled the spaces.

For all the other places we have camped im just suprized at the price when all it is,is a field.and havin to hire loos.(which i wasnt aware of)

So asking if there is a shower block will be a silly question then??

There are showers in the Pavillion at Towneley Park but don't think they are open till later in the morning. One option!

To make it transparent regards the price here goes;

The farmer wants £5 per pitch
The toilets cost £188 for 2 units including VAT and delivery. That was the cheapest of 6 companies I phoned, 2 of which had none available anyway.

Looks like we've got a total of between 6 or 8 pitches booked.

Like Pizzahut says - you can do the maths!

Moving on - Carwise will be at Towneley Show if anyones wanting to speak to them regards work on their car or viewing examples of their handywork.
