Default ERST Series 2 rear brake problem

My friend took his car to get the brakes bleed and ford told him there was no brake fluid coming out the rear bleed nipple. Apprently they disconnected the brake pipe half way up the car and the fluid was coming out there ok an the front bleed fine

What is the most likely cause of the problem ??

If it is the rear load compensators would this stop all fluid or just stop the brakes working properly? Could it be a blockage in the pipes or cylinders?

yes it would stop the flow of fluid to the rears if the back end was jacked up in the air

You'd think Ford would know this and be able to fix the problem!!! They must have monkeys employed in the garages these days!! Regards Micky
