hi can any 1 help i have a fiesta turbo complete car and am looking 2 re shell it then dvla have said that if i use a second hand shell it will be put as a Q plate does any 1 have any info on doing this cheers adz

 

I obviously looked at this and yes you would have to find another shell, more than likely not an RS shell. So...

1) it would be on a Q plate
2) it would be in a non RS shell (you try find an RS shell!!)

In the end, i decided to restore, its the only way it can stay a true RS. Expensive option, but true.

 

dont even think about askin me to weld up that rs shell adz !!!!!! u will ave to by shares in a steel firm
