BT one is class!!! i work for em so thats getting printed off
Which department? Just wondering, because I have the "pleasure" of having to deal with BT Wholesale, BT Provisioning, BT Service Provider Faults (this is about the only team I actually deal with that are worth calling for information, to be honest - I had to remind someone on the normal front-line Faults team what their OWN limits were for providing ADSL today), and various other ADSL-related departments spread over the country...
