Why is it that no matter how much sleep i get i'm always fooking tired!!!

Well my dad always felt tired...slept a fair bit too ended up being cancer...from which he died.

 

Could be any number of things!! If its worrying then you should go to the doctors, they'll do blood tests for things like thyroid etc, even diabetes. either that or do what I do and eat a bag of fruity allsorts a day! loadsa energy!! (got an appointment with the dentist though, can't figure out why I have constant toothache!)

Diabites is what i ended up having, no fecking better and now im on tablets

 

I have hypertension and trying to avoid diabetes!

 

VEGATABLES!!!! eat more!! i have lately and i have toooo much energy!!!

 

I get this all the time mate, probably cos I stay up late tho.......

When I do get to sleep at a good time for a couple of nights tho I usually feel pretty good, try some extra early nights, not with the Mrs either you need to sleep!

 

early nights help - say pre 10:30pm. To be honest, im just not a morning person, imalways knakcered in the morning :S fine in the eve though

 

Apparently just drinking water can help.
