Wipers keep stopping half way up the windscreen despite being set spot on!

Basically, when you turn off the wipers, it keeps going until it meets about halfway up the screen. Adjusting the arms by replacing them on the spindles results in them going way off onto the Scuttle panel when turned back on.

Anyone know if there is some sort of adjustment on the Wiper motor??

Thanks for the reply, but the problem was actually the positioning of the pivot arm from the linkage to the motor.
