Default abs warning light on! how to get it to stay off

hi i have a saph 2wd cosworth and have brembo 4 pots on it up front and standard calipers at rear,i have taekn the abs plugs out and now on the dash it has the orange as luight permentaly on how can i get the light to stay off as it will failmy mot ontherwiss as they will think the abs is not working

where the abs plugs are u need to join the wires together or remove the bulb from out of the clocks

if the light doesn't come on at all then it will fail the mot as well.
needs to illuminate on start up & go off within 60 seconds so wiring it to your handbrake won't work either
the problem is probably with 1 or more of the sensors.

i have removed all the abs plugs off the car, so how do i make it mot legal

hello mate you need to wire the abs light up to the alternator wire the blue one that goes to the battery light on the dash and it will go out but if you have a stricked mot station they might pick up on the fact that it goes out a little quick but most dont

the abs light is also linked to the handbrake lever so if u just join the wires that are left from the abs sensors then tha abs light will come on with the handbrake but go out when u take it off this is ok for mot reasons!
