Think i'll be needing a new turbo shortly and wondering on whether to get a Stg 2 T3 (4x4 compressor, 360 bearing), or a T34 (.55 cut back blades double oil seal, 360 bearing).
Its for a 2wd Saff with 500 cooler, 803s, would like around 310bhp at 19psi held (20/21psi peak). The car wil be used for track days and some summer road use.
any recommendations/opinions, if the Stg 2 T3 is upto that psi, then it will have less lag, but will the T34 have any aditional benefits to compensate for the addittional lag over the T3?

id go with the t34
you can set the psi to run the 310 bhp you want allowing you to crank it up further if you like
A t3 at 310 bhp is on its limit and not likely to have a long life running at that
Your also stuck if you decide you want more power
If you decide on a t34 the .48 has the least lag but id say for track days the t34 .63 would be better for more top end power or you could do what i did and pick the one in the middle t34 .55
Also, make sure it has 360 degree bearing
