Has anyone on here had any aftermarket cams fitted to a 1700 puma?

Do they do away with the VVT system?

I have throttle bodies and an aftermarket exhaust manifold (same spec as milltek), no cat, P/S or air con, this i hope is the next step.

What sort of gains could i expect?

They are available, but you need an aftermarket ECU to get the best out of them. You can chose wether or not to keep the VCT.
