S1 has been has been locked up in the garage for a few months now finally decided to tax it has the god wheather has arrived, gave it a quick clean and took some piccys..

Also messed around with the coilover suspension lowering it a fair bit what u all reckon, to low me thinks





















Any comments appriciated

 

some camber on back wheels,tis a bit 2 low 4 my liking,looks good tho

 

far to low imo...i like to see about an inch above the tyres but its your car you call

 

Will be raising it tomo only done it coz i was bored and to see what it looked like

Is too low, also spy abit of rust creeping in under the front valance and whats up with the toy eye cover?

Raise it though mate and it will be a nice car

 

Is going in the body shop before the end of the month to have a few bits done ie: new front panel and painting of the engine bay, the tow eye cover is non genuine plus i stood on it by accident so doesnt fit to well this will also be being sorted. I am also undecided wheather to change the wheels, It is a hard choice as it looks perfect standard.

As i said suspension will be raised tomo, was very bored today....

Got a soft spot for the old series 1, reminds me of years ago when a neighbour had one

Don't like the clear indicators though, the cars are now too classic to get away with them IMO

 

its a C reg car and used as an every day car, bound 2b lil bits n bobs wrong. looks good m8.
