Default Removing Idle Speed Controll Valve

OK a really silly one im i missing something, I removed the two screws and pulled the plate off that holds it in plate but it still wont come away from the trotle body is there anything im missing.

No - just pull/wobble away - eventually it will come out. There is a small pin in the housing so it can't spin round, so just struggle for 5 mins and it will be out. Don't try to pry it out - the throttle body is pretty soft and you'll mark it.

when i was trying to get it off last weekend i was on it for ages wiggling and pulling but it just didnt want to go will try it again this weekend would a bit of WD40 be ok on it to if i wanted?????
