Default ZVH Proplems again.... well still the same.

Hello,

I posted a tread a while ago about my zvh engine smoking verry much with white smoke ( water )...
Since then 1 skimmed the head and pressure tested it... it was fine...
Put everything together with new felpro head gasket and new cougar headbolts... all the other gaskets were also new but stil i have the smoking goning on.....
Had the turbo coolant blocked off but without result....

What else could be wrong.... block not flat or a crack in the cilinder ..

think i'll have to pressure test the zetec block as wel then...

thanx

Thanx again...

If it's a 2 litre your building take a look at www.quantums.info/zvh.htm
Jim explains about the oil/water ways being very close together and what to do about it. Good Luck

I'd throw it away and stick the 1600 CVH back in!!!

The Felpro gasket won't be helping matters either!!
