did 3i's come with them on 90 spec aswell???

 

Yep, but 3i rear spoilers come black (unpainted) as std.

 

well it would have to be painted anyways. Best get my arse to the local salvage yard, lol

 

It'll need etch priming and painting (with added plasticiser) - think I've got that bit right.....

Make sure you get the spoiler screw cap covers too, I think they're difficult to get now, and were always dear for what they were from Fords.....

 

dont paint a 3i one... the material itself is different, and it wont work proper

ask thrush... his paint lasted about a year then the spoiler flaked to fcuk

i got a 90spec RST one in good nick for 25quid i just rung up LOADSA scrappys till i found one that had one n didnt want £130+ for it

 

ps the cap covers are the same on 80 and 90 ones, and the screws... well i just used some i found in the shed

Cap covers are NOT the same Jim lad!!

 

90 spec caps are bigger if I can remember right if NOT then it's the other way round BUT they are DIFFERENT!

mcpikie, sorry i not got one to sell... i mean i bought one once for that money

when i fitted my 90spec one i used the old cap covers and they fitted fine n didnt look out of place etc
