I dont know if this is done befor but i decide to put roots type of supercharger in my Fiesta RS1800. It was a lot of work to do but im hapy with tesults. So my englis language is not so good so there is some pictures and video for you.

An a year ago i built first custom hedaer for my fiesta but i have in my mind to design it for my aplications....

megasquirt


And then start with...

i cant believe my eyes! you have done almost excactly what i had planned for my 1.8 xr2. only i have a bigger supercharger from an airoplane. i cant do it now cos i had to get rid of the car. how did you get the driveshaft mounted? is the charger mounted to the wing? how did you take up the slack in the drive belt? (the engine moves on acceleration). i cant big you up enough mate! i fuckin love it! well done!!!

This blokes workmanship is excellent, he made me a similar 421 for my TB 2.0 RS1800

 

Today run 13.7 with only 0.38 bar of boost its incredible eaven i cant belive that. In qualifying i run 14.01 two times. But on the first race run 13.7 and then 13.9. I hope to get some video or pictures soon... I also do some dyno but only to 5800 rpm. Today i rise limiter to 7800 for race and car works with no problems at all.

Ok i go to 0.55 bar of boost now and new R888 tyres. I have race on sunday on 201m and run belive or not 8.9s. I beat a lot of cars like new 4x4 impreza sti, VR6 supercharger, Honda supercharger, dodge stealth biturbo, fiat tipo 3.0 V6 turbo with alfa engine... Its amazing that engine is still with stock pistons and rods... Its seems like i do proper tuning and im realy hapy.

Throttle body have 75mm diameter, to maping megasquirt takes me 2 hours.
