As im aware tillio only applicable indoors tho adequate refreshment breaks have to be given at the employer discretion hope that helps may not be completly right not been shop steward for a while now and the law may/could have changed

I think its 30 degrees, new law brought in for this summer.
I've just got back from work, its not the heat that kills me, its the suits that we have to wear to protect us from the resins.
27 degrees where I was today, about 40 inside the suit!
Also the humidity plays a big factor in how hot you feel. It was 65% today inside!

You guys should try working in a ship engine room like me. 45 degrees is 'average'.... When you're in the Red sea, or worse, the Persian Gulf, it's more like 55................. I have to change my coveralls 4 or 5 times a day due to sweat. Salt replacement tablets, buckets of water.......................... Hell. But, who cares cos they pay me to do it.
And the work is a tad physical.....
