Default How to replace the lower arms ?

I'm trying to remove the drivers side lower arm so that I can put a new rubber boot over the ball joint. Can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to do this.

After some swearing and hammering, managed to get one arm off.

I'm having a bit of a job now to get the lower back into the cross member.
Anyone got any tips on how to do this ?

k put back in first m8 put the bolt in get the bit in to the hole in the hub tap it a few times should go in easy m8
