hi i am new here is there anyone moddin diesels on here ? as i have a 1800td in a mk5 van and just wondered what i can do with it to get a bit more out of it cheers

 

Depending on where you're based, Van Aaken are pretty well known for improving diesels through chipping [they're in Crowthorne, Berkshire]

I think most places can tune them now

Also, Chip mentioned that Nitrous actually has some awesome results on diesels, he got technical and said something about propane and I got lost, maybe speak to him or a tuner you know that does it

cheers im in blackpool so to far to go to berkshire.chipping is not any good for me as i have mechanical injection no ecu.

your aims should be to increase your fueling and cooling, then see about a bigger turbo and actuator mods
