what rims

right i have a series 2 turbo lowered 40mm all round i was just wondering what wheels i can safely fit without rubbing

Ive got 17 inch RS7's on my s1 but my arches are shaved to take them, no chaffing though.

Your better off on 16's mate, shoudln't have any trouble with rubbing and the car will handle much better on them than 17's!

as above... got 16s on mine.... better all round for car and still look good!

as above i think 16's will be ur max with that drop! mines got a 35mm drop and it rubs on 17's,not too bad though!

I have 17's on mine with 30mm springs, My old one had 17's on it was drop 60mm and only rubbed with some in the back as i went over a bump

16's on mine mate 25mm lower which is fine until i get passengers in the back

which luckily is once in a blue moon
