what could cause this?
is the relay just fooked?

its been happening for a few weeks now. i just noticed today the rear indicator bulb has blown on the side that is ticking fast.

the left is fine, its the right that going mad. the dash light is going fast as well, not just the outside bulbs.

could it just be the bulb and it will sort its self out when i change it?

its on a nova by the way.

 

Its teh bulb mate, fix the blown one and all will be well again

 

that is what is supposed to happen when a bulb blows.

less resistance on the circuit so the relay opens/closes quicker

also lets the driver know when a bulb has blown

 

yep, blown bulb or you have the wrong relay in.

 

it used to be fine so i guess i must have the right relay.

i'll sort the bulb tonight and hopefully it'll be back to normal.

must have been out for a few weeks and no one bothered 2 tell me

 

when you change the bulb all will be sorted
