-=Help=-
Okay fella's bare with me...
Hope I can get more joy from this forum in getting my questions answered than what I did somewhere else.
Tonight I started getting all the bits together for my turbo pinto motor. Okay it's not a complete cossie but most the internals will be.
And have some questions that need answering.
Here goes :
"Cossie" oil pump I got off Ebay, part number reads 71HM6855AB and it has outlet for oilspray bar.- this is the same part number as a standard 2l oilpump. Has the seller just changed the top cover from a cossie ? Or are the part numbers the same ? If not could u please give me cossie pump part number.
The 205block I have has bore grade of 2323 stamped on it. Is it safe to use a set of pistons graded at 2 in them with out getting blowby ?
Lastly...
I have 3 rods, they read YN0002 and 1 rod reads XYN0002 can the YN0002 rods safely have the counter weights machined off so that they resemble the XYN0002 rod ? Are some rods from the 4x4 ?

Thanks so much
