how do i remove the dial surround from the S1????

i want to remove the blue dials my car came with and go to the original blackuns.

but i cant remove the glass front.....any ideas??

i undone the 2 screws on the top of the surround but cant shift it

 

that should just pull off mate, then i think there are 8 screws holding the clear plastic on
