ihav shapp cossy 4x4. its cutting out after a drive of about 20-25 miles. it seems to be flooding it self and judders and comes to a holt and dies. but i allso found out that if when it happens when driving it i flick the ingintion of then on again it cures it self,of another 2 or 3 mins before juddering again.. iam well piss with this,change no end of stuff on engine still can put it wright. is there any one can help or point me in wright direction... cheers people.............

 

Have you tried the ECU power relay??????

Sounds like the problem mine had while being mapped at MSD last week.

Relay is behind the glove box on pass side,should be about four relays there,or atleast there is on a 2wd saph cos

The fuel pump relay is there too,worth checking that I would think too

This does remind me of when my fuel pump relay was dying, think it may be in fusebox in 4x4? I think it's the pink one.

 

defo sounds like something heat related causing a relay to fail.
