2wd abs help

Default 2wd abs help

i was driving along put my foot on the bracks peddel went hard abs light came on would not stop . can this be the abs pump .any advice thanks.

yeah sounds like it...even with a sensor out (abs light on) it should still exert brake pressure...

You should hear a buzzing noise from teh pump when you turn the key also.

Checked all the fuses n relays?

Mine is exactly the same at the moment, and its caused by the relay, but sure any fault would cause this...

Relay is pritty easy to check, its only in the pax footwell

went up the road today slamd the bracks on at about 20 car stopt abs light went out . and the pump is buzzing.not sure if to chance the open road.

mine were the same it was a blown fuse in the loom just something to look at mate
