mk3 series one rst's never came with bonnet vents therefore there aint any for the mk3! you would have to fit one from another car but that may look very odd!
And if anyone saves weight they not daft, they just get fibreglass ones which weighs an almost identical amount, and a quarter of the cost.
On a massive panel like that I'd want to atleast have the bonnet stable enough to withstand some impact aswell as not being rippley as fuck. Anyone who has used fibreglass will know its almost always rippely.

A decent fibreglass bonnet is perfectly fine, and as strong as most "carbon" bonnets.
Ive had 3 different fibreglass bonnets so far on various cars, none were ripply. Its called not buying shit.
Enough cars (elises etc) are made of fibreglass, dont see them rippled like a jelly do you.
99% of carbon bonnets are made of more fibreglass than carbon anyhow, and are wet lay anyhow, so are no stronger than fibreglass, they not made in the same was as F1 bodyshells etc, thats just shit that people think that helps carbon bits sell.
