Default rear anti roll bar removal on S1

Right just got home from uni for a couple of days and while my dad (the machanical minded one) is at work I thought I would try and remove the rear anti roll bar off my donar S1 sand it down and paint it ready to go on my S1 rep which is an xr3 and had no anti roll bar on rear.

its been outside along time!!!!!

I m wondering if anyone could tell me what tools I would need and a brief explanation on order of doing things. I have looked in my haynes manual but it doesnt really go into it as it steers towards just the regular mk 3 escort. any help would be greatly appreciated as I have to nick the tools from my sisters boyfriend tonight
