I'm building a sierra cosworth -91 with Nira I3+ (swedish, Autronic like) aftermarket ems. Now to the problem:

I'm going to use original amp. and coil and now I wonder how should I connect the amplifier to my EMS. I have tried to ground the signal ground from amp. And the signal to my ignition out. It won't work, no spark (only 3,4volt over the pins).


If I use the standard ecu and connecting 24/25 (signal gnd and signal)I get a spark (5volt over pins).

So, have anyone used original amp and coil. How did you connect the 2 cables from amp to aftermarket ems?

With standard bosch amp they have only one trig cabel and common gnd.
