Carpal tunnel syndrome
anyone suffer from it? what are the exact symptoms? I keep getting trouble with my wrist when I flex it, it hurts right on the joint and seems to be sort of a tendon pain, have I got it? apparently its quite common with assembly workers that do repetative tasks/movement (which is me 
)
Doesnt seem to clear up or go away either, just dulls down over the weekend then flares up again during the week, apart from resting it is there anything I can do?

My mate had it - caused by years of riding motocross bikes (we called it scrambling back in those days). Had to have an op in the end, as he could pick things up properly.
