Does anyone know how to get the factory dull black finish on escort leather ??, mine has gone shiny now even more so on the drivers seat. Tried numerous brands on leather cleaner/feeder but they all make it go shiny !

Can any leather specialists put the std finish back ??

 

Yes mate, I had mine redone, it wasn't really that bad but because I showed my car in concourse I wanted it mint so had them "re-connolised".

The seats have to be removed from the car and they had them for 3 days where they strip the colour out of them and then airbrush the colour back into the leather. Sounds strange I know but my seats have covered 78k miles but they are better than some 30k milers, I shit you not.

Cost me £70 a seat

Just ask some trimmers in your area

 

try johnsons baby wipes probley wont make them perfectly dull but did wonders to mine after having piping colour change

 

That's what I use too johnson's baby wipes, work extremely well
