Your views on Exige/Elise/Evo 6
Hi all, anyone driven any of the above?will I (6'3")fit in an Exige?Insurance? Is an Evo pricey to run?
Your views and pics would be interesting(as I'm selling the rallycar!)
Cheers, Andy

The Exige is a real bit of machinery. You will fit, I did and I'm 6'2"...... Handles like nothing else on this planet! Zero creature comfort though. But you will never have as much fun in your life.

Exige makes a HORRIBLE everyday car. Had one for a weekend and was glad to give it back... headache machine!
Cooool on track though.
Elise is fine everyday once you get the hang of getting in and out.
Evo6 best allrounder and practical and fast but alot more to run.

Don't get a base model rover engined Elise
Lovely handling but soooo slow
I'd bet the new Toyota engined one's are much nicer, although haven't driven on so can't really say
I'd rather have a VX220 turbo or the Evo 6 personally

Martin has a few 160bhp VVC K-Series engines in stock.... that will get them going nicely.
Elises are great little fun cars! Evo MUCH faster and more practical, BUT ALOT more to run, especially if you want to do any trackdays.
Have you thought about a Caterham? Spent the weekend with one and it was superb! Great residuals, cheap to run, cheap insurance....
