300bhp JCB diesel CAR
The tractor makers apparently have produced the worlds most powerful diesel engine at 150bhp per litre . It is they say capable of of 300mph plus
The JCD diselmax CAR yes CAR has 2 turbocharged engines and is TWICe as poweful and TWICE as fast as a Formula 1 car even though it weighs fours times as much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
According to it the car is 9 metre slong
Its a world record attempt that is going to be done very soon
as its a British company

bearing in mind an F1 car can do 215mph depending on wing settings I'd say it was pretty fast......
However we should be comparing engines with engines - nothing to do with what body its in.
If it does produce 2000bhp then how big/heavy is the engine etc etc

Wouldnt exactly call it a car though, dont see the big deal TBH, its just a bonneville style streamliner, like they been doing since the 1920, just an oil burner
