The mondeo V6 front disc brakes are 278mm on all of the mk1 and 2 models. But Im not sure about the size of cosworth brakes, I think theyre 4 pots instead of the single piston that the mondeo has.

Am I right presuming you want to upgrade the front brakes on your mondeo?

A set of 300mm focus ST discs and calipers could be the way foward

No.. just thinking if the brakes are all the same would be easyer to buy pads and discs! I have been informed that when using MondeoV6 discs on the Cosworth a 10mm spacer is needed.

Focus RS/Mondeo brake upgrade?? hmm.. is it a straight forward and directly fit upgrade??
And if so on the Mondeo... would it be the same on the EscCos??

MondeoV6 brakes are very well I think, there fore no upgrade on this one.

If confused... i drive MondeoV6 ´95 and Escort Cosworth

That clears that one up a bit

The focus brakes are a straight swap on a mondeo so I presume youd need the same 10mm spacer.
