i have just got my hands on one as a run about. the thing is a little poo. the engine is really lumpy and i get beaten by everything on the road. 1l corsa the lot. any ideas to whats pissing it off.

also are there any mods i can do to help it on its way. i heard 1.8 and 2l cams fit with good results.

 

Does it idle ok? needs a good service?

God knows, but i dont get beat off 1 litre corsa's in mine!

 

ust to be my mums. gets seviced religly every 7000 all filter and has done for the last 7 years. idles ok but lumpy when cold. has had a new ecutemp sender.
