This is my Series 1, as I bought it about 2 years ago. I will post some more recent pics as soon as I get a new digital camera!!








Lots of work has been carried out since, including: Standard wheels, Standard rear lights, detailed engine bay and more. Im still looking for those elusive standard front seats!! Parts over here are like hens teeth, and to have them shipped over from the mainland would be two fortunes!!

looks like a good one mate needs lowering tho, its funny how your trying to put it back to standard

 

S1's look they're best when they look standard. Spend all yer cash on the engine, and suspension!

 

Keep it standard looking & lose the clear rears mate

The clear rears where one of the first things to go lads!!
She is lowered 25mm although when I bought it, it was so low it was undriveable. Believe this or not the exhaust was catching on the bloody cats eyes! Looked the part though. It seems to look a little lower with the standard wheels back on. Anyone know how much I should be paying to have these wheels diamond cut or polished??

you should keep them wheels and lower it, they really suit it

 

I would but the roads over here would not allow it!! plus when it was at its lowest the front wheels where catchin on the inner gaurds on full lock. I now have the originals back on and i reckon these look better and this may allow me to lower it a bit more.
