Vibrations when cornering hard in Fiesta turbo...
Hi, got a slight problem with my Fiesta turbo & was wondering if anyone could help. When I go round corners, left or right & at a decent speed there is some noise & vibrating. Check all suspension & is fine, also checked anti-roll bar which is ok. Could this be driveshafts? There seems to be a bit of play in em & they make a slight clonking noise. Cheers for any advice.
Thanks for the replies. I haven't checked CV joints, but haven't noticed a clicking on full lock. I'll have a look tho cuz hadn't thought of that.
The old man has checked wheel bearings & thinks they're ok.
I suspected the driveshafts as the whole setup had been on a different car with no trouble, only different parts are driveshafts (tripod type) but not sure what syptoms of dodgy driveshafts are!!! Thanks for the advice.
