Default first saff 4x4 service

gonna do my first service on the saff i bought 2 months ago, doesnt get much use, but will prob do it before i take it to central day

just wondering what i need regarding parts amounts etc

i take it for a 4x4 i need an efl90 oil filter?
how much oild do i need? any recomendations for oil?

is this the correct fuel filter and is the price reasonable (they only used to be 3 quid for the rst)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GGR523-Sierra-...l-Filter_W0QQi temZ4628705650QQcategoryZ21654QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

where are they located on the saff?

will do the coolant change, after central day (as i am picking up new hoses from roose while i am there )

also have to book it into bernie to get the transmissions fluids renewed at some point soon.

any thing else i should do, common problems etc with 4x4's, i'm not made of money but would like to keep the car in good condition, so i can enjoy it at the weekends

cheers guys

rory

Oil capacity is about 4 litres, as for recommendations, if you only have Halfrauds to choose from (ie. not buying off Oilman on here) then I'd use Mobil 1 Motorsport. Some people would say not the best but it'll do. Don't forget your fuel filters, it's an old petrol tank after all. Might as well throw in some Ford Motorcraft 701 plugs as they're only £12 a set from Ford.
