I have fitted beige injectors, stage 2 chip and need to fit my new uprated actuator. The thing is i need to put the actuator on so i can take it o be set up properly on the rolling road. Can anyone please tell me how long the rod needs to be??????????????????HELP.

 

The actuator should be adjusted depending on how must boost you want to run at lowest.

Fit the actuator and adjust it so the there is a little pre-load and so that the wastegate isn't loose, and then take it for a test,(be careful) it should run next to no boost, then its a bit of trial and error adjustment, making the rod shorter for more boost and vice versa.
