Default High clutch pedal

Forgive my lack of mechanical knowledge, but the clutch pedal on my 2wd saff is up too high though the clutch itself doesnt slip and the biting point seems fine. Can this be adjusted and if so how? cheers

Pull the clutch pedal up and it will re-adjust itself

Strange, shouldn't take too much effort if pulling it up from under neath the pedal with the foot

It really wont come up any more though! There is no upward movement.

the clutch pedal on all my sierras has been higher than the brake pedal mate, if its not slipping and working ok i shouldn't bother about it

If the clutch pedal feels like there isn,t any slack right at the top as you just start to push it. This means either the little plastic pawl on the clutch ratchet is worn or the metal tab it sits against which is also the stop is worn. My one was worn and it caused the ratchet to keep adjusting the clutch cable up and when driving car hard the clutch started slipping. I changed pedal box and fitted new ratchet clutch feels much nicer.
