Looks and sounds nice from the spec sheet but 10.5k sounds a lot to me for that car

might be worth that money now, with the fresh engine etc, but when you come to sell it in a year or two, you will only get half back probably.

providing that doesnt bother you though, COOL car

after driving this there is no way i would want another cossie!!! I know it sounds harsh but fuck me this thing is quick .. I have had 12 205's and to be honest I think I am missin them (even though the mrs has a nice 200bhp n/a one, that I get to thrash about!)..
any way each to there own i suppose I think it is worth the money as the last one of these I saw for sale was no where near this spec (it was a standard engine) and that was for sale for £26k ..
Should be out on track in it at Donny show, so that will be a good laugh

Keep the comments coming

Look at the price of a mint 2 owner L reg' 205 1.9 GTI
Then look at the price of a T16 engine (if you can find one!! rare as fook)
GTI 6 gearbox
BTC diff
and your at about 10k already!!!

probably if you drove it you could justify it ??

well yeah in parts it may be worth it, but as a complete car 5-6k max imo.

cossie powered 4x4 306 went for less!

dont get me wrong tho, fair play if you think its worth it - no one elses opinion matters except urs

It's a nice car, saw it on ebay the other day but it made no where near 10.5k

Surely you could just build your own turbo charged mi-16 engine?

you would spend thousands doing that properly too, and it would have even less reasale value.

Fair enough. Wasnt sure how much difference it would make.

Personally if I was going to spend that much money on a 205 i'd wait until I could afford a proper T-16 205

Bet that car flies around a track though. Not long now until I can phone justgti's and get them to start searching for a 205 for me

The thing is, most of us on this site are guilty of spending far too much money on cars that aren't that great,my car probably owes me near £10k now and i've only had it 6 months or so,

Jamie did exactly the same with this pug (although on a slightly larger scale) and he's got a truely awesome car for it.

It accelerates like a bastard

it is really an awesome weapon, and i for one was gonna beg for a drive round track this year, too late now

people all want different things, and i guarantee if anyone were to have a ride in this pug, they'd see exactly why someone wants to pay good money for it
