Default s2 died on me

i was giving my car a little blast last night on the m-way got it up to about 140 fine when i slowed down and come of the m-way it started juddering like it was running out of fuel then just died. Wouldnt start but then after about 5 mins turned the key and started fine. I think it could be something to do with fuel it was pretty low on fuel when this happened, any ideas?

When engines are doing 140mph they tend to get very HOT would say that would have something to do with it. Also fuel being low is never good. Fill up, check ya oil and water and make sure the engine has been setup and treat it to some new spark plugs lol

If its running okay now would say it just over heated.

Failing the above my 2nd guess would be the sensor in the distributor breaking down.

imagine the damage to the turbo with it being red hot and then the engine stalling due to possible low fuel in the tank

Look after your S2 and it will look after you
