FAO Sounds Guru's, Help pleeeeeaaaase ;)
Looking at getting another stereo..... Iv'e always stuck with pioneer as they are a smart looking stereo lol But thinking of going for an Alpine as 'apperantly' they have better sound quality? True?
Never had an alpine before as they all look the same and there style hasn't changed for years i just don't like the look of them lol
Now down to the tech stuff I was looking at this one...

Now i run 3 screens and a dvd player, if i had this it says DVD does that mean i can use this to load the dvd's and get rid of the dvd player? If so result
Also is there any other stereo's out there that you would recommend? That would be better ? Looking to spend up to £300 as i don't warrent spending no more on one as I hardly seem to use my car
Cheers

From my experience Alpine stereo's sound better to me. But it all depends on what sort of sound you like from your stereo. Alpines are alot more refined sound. But It all depends what sort of sound you're after.
I don't know what sort of stereo you should get for a dvd player thingie but I would go to your local car audio showroom and listen to all the different stereos in your price range and see which one you like. take some of your own cd's along with a varied choice of music to listen to. The staff should have no problems showing you what it can do.

Faye a definitive answer for you thanks to Alpine's website
Now you can play DVD-Video discs right in your head unit, instead of requiring a separate DVD player.
